Yeast-Free Pizza Crust
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups yeast-free all-purpose flour mix
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ cups yeast free milk
- 2 eggs

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
3. Mix ingredients thoroughly with a spoon
4. Stir in milk and eggs and mix thoroughly
5. Dough will be runny like batter
6. Pour batter onto greased or parchment paper lined pizza pan
7. Cook for 10 minutes
8. Remove from oven and add desired toppings
9. Return pizza to oven and cook for 10 additional minutes
