Yeast-Free Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground meat
- ½ cup yellow onion minced
- ¼ cup celery minced
- ¼ cup green onions minced
- ⅔ cup yeast free ketchup or tomato sauce + 1 packet stevia
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine all ingredients except for ⅓ cup ketchup in a large bowl
3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly using hands
4. Put meat mixture in loaf pan
5. Top with remaining ⅓ cup yeast free ketchup
6. Cook for about 50 minutes
